These renderings allow you to explore different design options and finishes before construction starts which helps to avoid unexpected problems saving you time and money.
Building your new custom home or completing your renovation project will require drafted blueprints - typically called construction or working drawings. These plans will be used either by you or your contractor to estimate, bid and build your project. Obtaining a building permit also requires an accurate set of plans. Residence By Design Inc takes pride in drafting working drawings that are accurate, detailed and easy to use.
