As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect our day-to-day lives in ever increasing ways, Residence By Design Inc is making temporary changes to our pricing structure and our payment terms. In addition to hoping that our clients stay safe and healthy during this pandemic, it's our hope that these changes will help our clients reduce their costs as we all attempt to recover from this unprecedented event in the months to come. The changes to our pricing and payment terms are as follows:
Service Price Adjustments
- Basic RMS Measurement - $85 ($14 discount applied)
- Basic RMS + Photography - $195 ($55 discount applied)
*Note that this discount means that both the "Every 10th Measure Free" and the "$10 Below Grade Measurement Credit" incentives are temporarily suspended.
Above discounts applied to new invoices dated April 1, 2020 - June 30, 2020. Regular pricing to resume July 1, 2020.
Payment Term Adjustments
- First late fee applied at 60 days (Currently 30 days) - Second late fee applied at 90 days - Final late fee applied at 120 days - Collection status at 160 days Ability to make partial payments activated. Applies to new invoices dated April 1, 2020 - June 30, 2020 AND to all "Unpaid" invoices dated March 15, 2020 - March 31, 2020
Cancellation Policy Adjustments
- Zero cancellation fees - No show fees still in effect (see terms of service) We will of course, continue to evaluate the situation in the months to come and make further adjustments as needed.
