$99 Initial Consultation - The initial consultation is 60 minutes in length giving us enough time to meet, discuss your project and go over the design process with you. An estimate of the design services fees for your project will be emailed to you at the conclusion of this meeting.
Preliminary Design Drawings - These drawings are simple black line drawings which contain no electrical, dimensional or structural information and are not suitable for permits or construction. Their purpose is for us to finalize the floor plans with you before moving on to the blueprints and 3D renderings.
Preliminary design drawings are billed on either an hourly or per square foot basis - whichever is more cost advantageous to you. We can discuss this in more detail with you during our initial consultation.
Once you approve your preliminary design, you are billed for the preliminary design drawing work completed.
The final step is to take the approved preliminary design drawings and turn them into:
Blueprints Only - These drawings will have all of the detail described here and are suitable for building permit and construction use.
or
Blueprints & Simple 3D Renderings - This option includes the blueprints described above plus up to 15 Simple 3D renderings* of your project.
or
Blueprints & Photo-real 3D Renderings - This option includes the blueprints described above plus up to 15 Photo-real 3D renderings* of your project.

Additional charges for out of town travel as well as fees from consultations with other design professionals (engineers, trades people etc.) may apply. We will discuss any additional charges which may apply to your project during our initial consultation.
