rms + photography​

Our most popular service! Two dedicated, separate measurement and photography professionals in one booking! RMS measurements of your property listing bundled with your choice of a professional photography services.

While booking this service, you'll be asked if you need the included photography and if you're adding on optional videography and drone services as listed below and provided by Andrew Fiebiger Photography.

rms + photography - $250

  • Pricing applies to homes with above grade measurements up to 2200 Sq. Ft.​​

  • Minimum of 30 images covering the entire home as well as nearby amenities (upon request).

  • FREE return trips to complete exterior shots when weather doesn't permit during initial shoot ($25 outside of Edmonton).

  • 24 hour turnaround time for photos (delivered via Dropbox).

optional videography - $100

  • Video tour of all levels of the home including exterior shots.

  • Videos are NOT compilations of still images but rather true Steadicam videography.

  • Flexible options including curating your own video if you wish (you're in front of the camera speaking), descriptive titles added etc.

  • 48 hour turnaround time for videos (delivered via Dropbox).

optional drone photography (no video) - $70

  • Drone photography (no video).

​

optional drone videography - $100

  • Drone videography (no still photos).

  • Included free when optional videography has been added as well.​
