$175 - Applies to homes with developed area of up to 1500 Sq. Ft.

optional photography - $125

Minimum of 30 images covering the entire home as well as nearby amenities (upon request).

FREE return trips to complete exterior shots when weather doesn't permit during initial shoot ($25 outside of Edmonton).

24 hour turnaround time for photos (delivered via Dropbox).
optional videography - $100

Video tour of all levels of the home including exterior shots.

Videos are NOT compilations of still images but rather true Steadicam videography.

Flexible options including curating your own video if you wish (you're in front of the camera speaking), descriptive titles added etc.

48 hour turnaround time for videos (delivered via Dropbox).
